Refurbishment of the tower Peterbos 16

About

The aim of the Peterbos n°16 project is to carry out low-energy renovation work on a tower block of 118 flats.
The envelope was insulated, the core of the tower was modified, the stairwells were demolished, new terraces were built, a column of flats was extensively renovated, and work was carried out on the electricity, kitchen, bathroom, heating, C+ ventilation and fire service standards.
The work has given the tower a new perspective, making it a building on the scale of the Peterbos site.
The 55-metre-high tower, located in the heart of Peterbos Park, is also accessible from the neighbourhood.
